You mentioned that one should go “poop” at least 3 times a day. What would you recommend a person do to start them off so that they can start going often (they’ve only been going once or twice a week)?

Hey…I am a breastfeeding mom. What can you tell me about the Acai berry drinks/formulas and breastfeeding. Although the internet says it is safe….I am wondering how safe is it? What can you tell me.

dont do anything that is not 100% acai. nothing at all you never know how it may effect your baby. genesis today makes a great 100% acai juice with nothing else aded to it. but honestly if you breast feed enough that will be the best thing you can do to loose weight is to keep breast feeding. please check with your doctor before you take any acai product from anyone

its from a company called genesis today. try your local independant health food store or if you have a whole foods near you they have 16 oz acai amde for them by genesis today under their prvate label and they also have the 32 ounce size from genesis today as well. make sure to take it with some fiber ( renew lifes fiber smart is good) if you dont have any.

Hey Redhen! My mother & I both have trouble swallowing pills. Does Acai come in a Juice or Liquid formula?
